PSI Spring Open House a Success

North Randall, Ohio – April 20, 2012 - Today was the annual Spring Open House for both PowerSport Institute (A branch campus of Ohio Technical College), and Ohio Technical College - both events taking place simultaneously and yielding similar results. That being they were both deemed a “HUGE SUCCESS” by owner Marc Brenner and PSI Campus Director Bernie Thompson.

 

At PSI there was a great turn out of both parents and potential students checking out the state of the art facility and meeting the industry professionals that will be their teachers and mentors in the near future. Working their way from one lab area to another the crowd showed a lot of enthusiasm to the prospect of attending PSI.  “Instructors were in each lab explaining the training, students participated in scholarship testing, and of course free lunch was provided to make for an excellent event. We would like to thank everyone who help and attended our open house.” Said Bernie Thompson, PSI Campus Director.
As PSI always makes a point to state, “We have the best sponsors in the business.” Today is an example of why the PSI Staff feels this way as Dana Counts from Avon Tires was in attendance to assist the visitors.
In addition to all of this, during the open house, Ohio Skills USA Motorcycle Competition was in the house. Skills USA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a Skilled Workforce.
