COLLEGIATE HOUSING SERVICES

We are pleased to offer housing to our students through Collegiate Housing Services. Attending college is an exciting time in a student's life, and PSI recognizes the impact that living away from home has on young adults. That is exactly why we offer our students a safe, convenient, clean and affordable options in housing. In conjunction with CHS, we offer students a furnished apartment setting in residential apartment complexes typically within 15-20 minutes of the school. These apartments include a kitchen, living room and dining area, and most have two bedrooms and electric and gas utilities included in the monthly rent. HOUSING REFERRALS

If you want to look for housing on your own, we can assist as well. Most other nearby apartments are not furnished and require a lease agreement, utility deposits and often a co-signer. Apartment listings can be provided by Student Services. In addition, we will make every effort to honor your roommate requests.
