Originally from Mansfield, Ohio, Wes graduated from Madison High School in Mansfield, Ohio. He completed his Associate Degree of Applied Science classes at PowerSport Institute. He enjoys DIY projects, motorcycles and road racing.

Bill Kish
Director of Education and Curriculum
Bill is from Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from North Olmsted High School in North Olmsted, Ohio, he earned an Associate degree in Applied Business from Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio, a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a certificate in Motorcycle Mechanics from American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona Beach, Florida, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. He enjoys motorcycles, photography, fishing, skiing and reading. Bill has over 25 years working in the motorcycle industry, and has spent over 25 years teaching and believes that "teachers affect eternity, as they never know where their influence stops."

Luke George
Instructor – Electrical
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Luke graduated from Willoughby South High School in Willoughby, Ohio. He attended MMI in Phoenix, Arizona, and received his Honda Red Level certification. He owns and rides a Yamaha R1. He enjoys music, skateboarding and snowboarding. His reason for teaching: "I like to help people achieve their goals."

Russ Lynch
Instructor – Yamaha Manufacturer Specific
Originally from Montana, Russ graduated from Billings Senior High School in Billings, Montana. He attended MMI in Phoenix, Arizona, and earned his Motorcycle Mechanics Certificate. He enjoys professional and amateur dirt track racing. He has spent 11 years in teaching and believes teaching "helps humans realize their goals and aspirations of gaining meaningful employment in the power sports trade."

Adam Miller
Education Manager & Instructor – Core Classes & Honda
Originally from Ohio, Adam attended MMI in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his Honda certification, Suzuki Fast Certification, was a Select Tech in Suzuki and earned "Top Tech" award in Suzuki. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Post-Secondary Technical Education. He enjoys vintage Hondas as well as current sport bikes, target shooting and hunting. His reason for teaching: "I love the powersport industry. I love the mechanics, the people and the diversity I encounter every day. I am proud to have the opportunity to teach aspiring technicians the universal basics they will need to support this amazing industry and their personal futures."

Shawn Moen
Instructor – Core Classes, Metric and Off-Road
Originally from North Ridgeville, Ohio, Shawn graduated from Lorain County Joint Vocational High School and attended Cuyahoga Community College before heading off to MMI in Orlando, Florida. At MMI he earned his Motorcycle Mechanics certificate, and specialized in Honda and Suzuki. He is a Honda Goldwing and ATV expert. He enjoys riding sport bikes and cruiser bikes, and ATV's. He also loves to mountain bike. The reason he teaches: "I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals in this industry."

Alex Rossborough
Instructor – Suzuki Module
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Alex graduated from Rocky River High School in Rocky River, Ohio. He attended the University of Miami, Florida, and then MMI, in Phoenix, Arizona, where he earned his Motorcycle Technology certificate. Alex likes street bike riding, motocross racing, snowmobiling and refurbishing old 2-stroke motorcycles. He also enjoys ice fishing. His reason for teaching: "I want to share 30+ years of knowledge and experience with a younger generation."

Mark Montani
Instructor – American V-Twin & S&S Sidewinder Dealer Training
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mark graduated from Richmond Heights High School in Richmond Heights, Ohio. Mark likes spending time in his shop, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family. The reason he teaches:" It gives me a great feeling of accomplishment to pass on 30+ years of experience in the field to our students. The most rewarding moments are watching a student who is struggling with something, totally transform once they figure it out. Their smiles are priceless."

Kirk Nussbaum
Instructor – American V-Twin, Dyno & S&S VFI Dealer Training
Originally from Ohio, Kirk graduated from Streetsboro High School in Streetsboro, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and MMI in Phoenix, Arizona. At MMI he earned his Harley Davidson Technician certification. Kirk likes to spend his time riding motorcycles, skiing, and spending time with family and friends. He teaches "to pass on learned knowledge to help the next generation of technicians to succeed."

Corry Shauberger
Instructor – Dynojet Academy & Core Fuel Class
Originally from Conneaut, Ohio, Corry attended MMI in Orlando, Florida. He is a Suzuki Select Tech, a Hontech, Dynojet Operations instructor, and Suzuki Authorized Factory Trained. Corry enjoys riding any type of motorcycle, racing, turning wrenches on his own toys in his spare time and going to motorcycle rallies. He teaches: "Because I want to see students succeed in the industry. It's an accomplishment to myself when a student graduates and can enter the industry with the knowledge needed to be an entry level technician. My personal experience has taught them what to do and not to do, and that will make them successful."

Steve Smith
Education Manager & Instructor – Manufacturer Specific & Honda
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Steve is a graduate of John Marshall High Schoolin Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Polaris Vocational Sch,ol in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, and Tri C Community College. He went on to BMW NA Tech School and is a BMW Certified technician. He enjoys riding, refinishing and repairing vintage motorcycles. He teaches because he enjoys: "preparing students for a successful career in power sports."

Bryan Vaughn

Originally from Painesville, Ohio, Bryan graduated from Mentor High School in Mentor, Ohio. He attended MMI in Phoenix, Arizona. He is certified in Harley Davidson. He enjoys bicycling, camping and 4 wheeling. He teaches because: "I want to help students better their lives with something they like doing."

Brian Vincent
Instructor – Engine, Suspension & Chassis
Originally from Lyons, Michigan, he graduated from P-W High School in Pewamo, Michigan. He attended MMI and earned his Motorcycle Mechanics certification. He enjoys participating as a professional flat track motorcycle racer. The reason he teaches, "To help give people a fighting chance to be successful, especially those who are less fortunate."

Jim Wilson
Project Manager
Originally from Warren, Ohio, Jim graduated from Champion High School in Warren, Ohio, and the Trumbull County Career & Technical Center. He holds certifications in air conditioning and heating. He enjoys long cross-country bike rides.

Bill Zepp
Instructor – Custom Build, Fabrication, Electrical & Paint
Originally from Hartville, Ohio, Bill graduated from Lake High School in Uniontown, Ohio. He attended the University of Akron. He enjoys fabrication, welding, electrical, and paint and body. The reason he teaches, "The more knowledge I can give to students, the less mistakes they will make. I teach by example and hope the information the entire PSI team provides, our students will carry with them for the rest of their lives, and be able to work as part of a team, or as an individual owner."
